Registration Process

You can come in to register your child any time between 8am-2pm. You need to bring the following with you for registration.

1. Proof of Address - Acceptable proof of address is one of the following:

•current utility bill (water, gas, or electric)

•signed valid lease agreement (signed by both the lessor and lessee)

•signed purchase agreement with closing date within 45 days (signed by both purchaser and seller)

•NOTE: Telephone, cell, cable television bills, and/or driver's license are NOT acceptable.

2. Birth Certificate

3. Immunization Record

4. Last Report Card or Withdrawal form from previous school

5. AG / IEP Information

6. Photo ID
